Director of Human Resources - Alison Naylor
Alison Naylor is the Director of HR for the Leicestershire Constabulary.
Ali first worked for the Force as a collaborative HR Director, for Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. This secondment was for 9 months, following which Ali was successful in interview as the Force Director of HR returning to Leicestershire Constabulary September 2008.
Alison said: “Leicestershire is commonly quoted as one of the best forces in the country, it has an excellent reputation and I can genuinely feel the pride that people have in the achievements of the force”.
Alison has plenty of experience having worked in HR roles for both Northamptonshire and Warwickshire Police independently and on a collaborative basis, as well as 20 years HR experience in the private sector.
Alison is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Alison comments: “There are a lot of exciting challenges facing this Force, which makes life in the HR arena very interesting and I believe that HR has a key role to play in ensuring that this Force’s response to those challenges continues to be successful”.
