The Strategic, Equality and Confidence board
Within the strategic groups, there is a Strategic Equality and Confidence group, chaired by the Chief Constable, to oversee equality and diversity issues in the Constabulary.
The work emanating from this group will be processed to one of the programme groups. Internal and external diversity issues will feature in each of these boards, assisting in mainstreaming diversity issues throughout the Constabulary.
