Confidence and Satisfaction survey results

Leicestershire Constabulary aims to improve the quality of service it provides to the community in any way that it can. In order to do this we measure the outcome of certain police activity to find out whether the needs and expectations of the public are being met, and to act on any areas where improvement is needed.

There are three main streams of surveying that the Constabulary use to inform these decisions; these are victim satisfaction surveys, the British Crime Survey and Leicestershire’s local confidence survey (CRAVE Confidence, Reassurance, Accessibility, Visibility Evaluation).
