Equality Impact Assessments

Equality impact assessments are part of the process that Leicestershire Constabulary uses to ensure out policies and functions are as fair as they can be. Each policy is subjected to an equality impact assessment which is carried out by the policy holders.

These are the people who know the policy best, but equally, it contributes to the continued raising of awareness within the Constabulary, to issues if equality, diversity and the need to eliminate discrimination in any form.
