I have been a Sergeant since 2005 and I have been the Neighbourhood Management Sergeant for Rutland since March 2010.”

"I have been a PCSO since march 2003. Working with my beat officers and other agencies, we aim to deal with community issues on the beat such as speeding and anti-social behaviour. Daily tasks include high visibility patrols, crime prevention and house to house enquiries."
