  • SGT Andy Moscrop Sgt Andy Moscrop (672) "I have been a Police Officer for nearly 26 years and for the past 12 years have been on based in the Charnwood area. I work from Syston Police Station where the Charnwood Local Policing Unit is located. This has enabled me to establish strong links with partner agencies and local community groups across this policing area.

    In my role as Neighbourhood Management Sergeant I have a key part to play in delivering Neighbourhood Policing in the various local communities we serve in this area as well as having a supervisory responsibility for all six beat teams that currently operate at the Local Policing Unit."
  • Glen Spiby PC Glen Spiby (2041) PC Glenn Spiby joined Leicestershire Constabulary in 2003 and since then has worked mainly on the North of the County in various roles including Beat officer for a neighbouring beat.
