Local priorities and action taken
Our priorities for Winter - Summer 2012
Consultation with the community has identified the following priorities that we will be concentrating on over the coming months.
- To work with partner agencies to reduce anti-social behaviour in Central Park, Donkey Park and Deville Park in Syston and Checkland Road, Thurmaston between 5pm and midnight daily.
- To tackle vehicles speeding on Melton Road and Long Furrow in East Goscote between the hours of 9.30am and 10.30am on weekdays.
- To work with partner agencies to reduce incidencies of anti-social behaviour and speeding when the car cruise meets at McDonalds in Thurmaston, The Rayns Way in Syston and The Warren in East Goscote on Tuesday evenings between the hours of 8pm to 12am.
