Leicestershire Constabulary provide a 24-hour policing service but there may be times when you need to go into a police station. Whilst we try hard to make sure that the opening hours are kept to, there may be occasions when, due to operational reasons, it may be necessary to change them.

During opening hours, local policing units can be contacted by calling 101*. In an emergency, for example where life is in danger or a crime is in progress, call 999.

* Calls to 101 cost 15p for the entire call from both mobile phones and land lines.
