Leicestershire Constabulary's Crime Reduction Officers (CROs) can offer free, expert advice on crime, anti-social behaviour and fear of crime reduction initiatives and provide a link through to local crime and disorder reduction partnerships.
They can carry out security surveys and risk assessments and give advice on CCTV, intruder alarms and physical security measures, although Leicestershire Constabulary does not endorse specific products or companies.

The Police Architectural Liaison Service provides a professional advisory service, to all external bodies and agencies concerned with buildings and the built environment, on crime preventative design including relevant counter terrorist advice. The advice given is free.
