Welcome to Harborough local policing unit
Harborough Local Policing Unit (LPU) covers a large and diverse area encompassing rural villages and town centres.
The LPU encourages a dynamic policing style from local officers who have to deal with a wide range of issues including public disorder in the towns and anti-social behaviour in the villages.
These issues are priorities for the LPU and we are working hard to resolve the issues and to reduce the community's fear of crime.
The local policing unit has two police stations, situated in the busy towns of Market Harborough and Lutterworth, providing a 24-hour operational policing response.
