Sgt Pete Jelbert (920)
I have been a serving police officer since 1995. I started my career at Charles Street in Leicester. I then worked at headquarters on a specialist team before getting promoted to sergeant in 2006. I have been at Market Harborough and Lutterworth LPU for 4 years.
I took over the role of Citizen Focus Sgt for Market Harborough in 2009, but now have responsibility for Lutterworth and Broughton Astley Neighbourhood Beats. I have a wealth of experience within the field of neighbourhood policing and partnership working.
Please feel free to contact me or other members of the team if you have any questions, concerns or wish to get involved and help.

PC Sam Bennett (1448)
I’m PC Sam Bennett and joined Leicestershire Constabulary in June of 2009. I started my career as a response officer based at Market Harborough where I was able to get a good grounding in police duties and investigative work. I then moved on to join the Neighbourhood Action Team at Harborough where I was part of a team responsible for tackling Serious Acquisitive Crime on the area and adopting a more pro-active approach to catching and dealing with criminals.
I joined the Broughton and Walton Neighbourhood Team in February of 2012 and intend to provide an excellent service to the local communities. I will tackle all forms of crime with particular focus on rural crime and local issues that effect people on my beat. I plan to be out and about as much as possible so please come and speak to me whenever you have the opportunity and I will endeavour to help you wherever possible.
