  • Sgt Mike Cowley Sgt Mike Cawley (1868) “I am Sgt Mike Cawley and I have been with Leicestershire Constabulary since 2002. In this time I have worked in a number of different roles and at numerous policing units. I have previously been a neighbourhood beat officer prior to becoming a sergeant.
    I have worked in Market Harborough since August 2008. These roles have given me first hand experience of neighbourhood policing and the unique needs of the varied communities within the Market Harborough area.

    I am responsible for the Neighbourhood Policing Team that covers the S16 Harborough North beat. The team is focusing on the issues that have a detrimental affect on people’s quality of life.

    I am the Principle Beat Officer for the Fleckney and Saddinton area which falls within the Harborough North neighbourhood.   • PC Paul Faithfull PC Paul Faithfull (1309) "I am the primary beat officer for the villages of Great Glen, Thurnby and Bushby, Scraptoft, Billseden and the villages north of the A47.

    "I have been with Leicestershire Constabulary for about six years and until recently I have been working in the city centre. For the last three years I have been committed to the neighbourhood policing policy and working with partnership agencies. I have worked in a variety of communities engaging with a diverse community with specific needs.

  • PCSO Matt Kiff PCSO Matt Kiff (6090) "I have been working as a PCSO since March 2007. During my service I have worked as part of the Neighborhood Action Team for the Market Harborough town neighbourhood and have now been given the opportunity to work as part of the Harborough North team."
