  • Lee Westbury Sgt Lee Westbury (731) "I have been a police officer for 25 years and have worked in a variety of roles as a Constable and Sergeant. In 2006 I took a 12 month career break and worked for a Youth Charity overseas.

    As the new Neighbourhood Sergeant I am looking forward to working with a team of Beat Officers and Police Community Support Officers and making a difference to the people who live on our “Patch”.

    I shall endeavour to be visible and patrol with my Officers as much as possible to help them tackle local crime and other neighbourhood issues."
  • Phil Hurst PC Phil Hurst (2049) "I am the beat officer for Cosby, Countesthorpe, Foston and Kilby and took over the role on 1st April 2009.

    "I joined Leicestershire Constabulary in 2004 and have worked in a variety of roles including response and proactive duties. I am keen to tackle the issues that effect the local residents and am keen to hear your concerns."
  • PCSO Chris Phipps PCSO Chris Phipps (6873) I joined Leicestershire Constabulary in June 2009 and this is my first posting after my training period. I will be working closely with my local community to help tackle any problems that arise and to assist with tackling Anti-Social Behaviour.

    My aim is also to reassure the public by carrying out a visible presence on the beat. I am currently tackling local issues with my colleagues PC Phil Hurst and PCSO Sophie Slatford. Please feel free to approach me when I'm out and about with any questions or just to say hello.”
