Neighbourhood Sergeant

  • Lee Westbury Sgt Lee Westbury (731) "I have been a police officer for 25 years and have worked in a variety of roles as a Constable and Sergeant. In 2006 I took a 12 month career break and worked for a Youth Charity overseas.

As the Neighbourhood Sergeant I enjoy working with a team of Beat Officers and Police Community Support Officers and making a difference to the people who live on our 'Patch'.

I shall endeavour to be visible and patrol with my Officers as much as possible to help them tackle local crime and other neighbourhood issues."
  • Phil Hurst PC Phil Hurst (2049) "I am the Principal Beat Officer for Countesthorpe, Foston and Kilby where I have been in post since 2009 working closely with partner agencies to provide activities and opportunities for the youths to engage in.

I am based in an office at Countesthorpe Community College where I am keen to continue being visible and accessible to the local community and tackle the issues that matter most to them.
  • Emma-Louise Fleet PCSO Emma-Louise Fleet (6578) I joined Leicestershire Constabulary in March 2010 as a Special Constable and I have recently become a Police Community Support Officer within Countesthorpe, Foston and Kilby.

I am very much looking forward to building close relationships with local residents and businesses within my new beat and I will endeavour to provide a high level of service.

If you see me out on my bike or on foot, please don’t hesitate to come and speak with me regarding any concerns that you have. You can also send me an email or leave me a voicemail message.
