Neighbourhood Sergeant

  • Sgt Andy Partridge Sgt Andy Partridge (1045) I have been a Police Officer with Leicestershire Constabulary since 1996 and in that time have undertaken a number of roles, working at Beaumont Leys, New Parks and at Force headquarters, before moving to Welford Road in 2007.

    In my role as Sergeant for the Aylestone and Eyres Monsell wards I will ensure my team and I consult with you regularly, listen to your concerns and work closely with you to effectively tackle those concerns.
  • PC 1381 Duncan Tebbatt PC Duncan Tebbatt (1381) I have been a police constable since 1997 and have worked the majority of my career at Welford Road police station. I have worked as a beat officer on the Saffron Lane area as well as a response officer. I look forward to getting to know and working with the partner agencies in the area, as well as getting to know the community of the Eyres Monsell.
  • PC Geraldine Beech (4019) PC Geraldine Beech (4019) I am PC 4019 Geraldine Beech and have been a police constable for 12 years. I have worked as a beat officer for the majority of my service. I have been at Welford Road since July 2007 and have worked on the Saffron Lane area and the commercial beats. I look forward to getting to know and working with the partner agencies in the area, as well as getting to know the community.
  • PC 4542 Laura Saunders PC Laura Saunders (4542) I joined Leicestershire Constabulary in 2006, working at Spinney Hill police station as a response officer. In 2008 I became a neighbourhood officer on the Evington ward. In 2010 I was seconded to Mansfield House police station to work as a Hate Crime Investigator within the Safeguarding team. In 2011 I returned to become a neighbourhood officer for the Eyres Monsell ward.

    In this role I have several aims: I intend to respond positively to reports of crime and anti-social behaviour, conducting thorough investigations and bringing offenders to justice. I hope to work with the community, develop contacts and strengthen relationships, supporting those people who have been affected by crime or anti-social behaviour. I will act on information and intelligence I receive and conduct patrols to deter would be offenders, disrupt criminal activity and reduce anti-social behaviour.

  • PC 633 Neil Whittle PC Neil Whittle (633) I joined Leicestershire Constabulary in August 2000 and spent my first three years service working at Welford Road LPU as a General Duty officer and then on the Problem Solving Team targeting specific issues on the Saffron Lane and Eyres Monsell Estates. Following a further two years service working on the north of the county I joined the Tactical Support Group until returning to Welford Road LPU, joining the neighbourhood policing team in July 2011.

    I am looking forward to working on the Eyres Monsell Estate, building community relations and working in partnership to target criminal and anti-social behaviour.
  • PCSO 6196 Alexe Coulton PCSO Alexe Coulton (6196) I joined the Eyres Monsell Beat Team in May 2011, after working in Loughborough for two years.

    I am looking forward to getting to know and working with members of the community to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
