How to register
The Overseas Visitors Records Office at Mansfield House in Leicester is the place to visit in Leicestershire if you live in Leicestershire and have been required to register with the police, an essential part of many foreign nationals’ visa conditions.
Please click the button below to begin your registration using our online system. There you can enter your details and set up one account per person.
Once you have created an account you'll receive an email to activate your account. You must activate the account within one hour. You'll then be invited to log back into your account, complete the online form, and then to book an appointment at Mansfield House Police Station.
You will also be required to pay £34 using our secure online payment system. Appointments will be made three working days or more after you've paid, to allow time for the payment to clear.
If you've lost your police registration certificate you must follow the same process to make an appointment to see us. You'll be charged another £34, which you must pay in cash at your appointment.

- Biometric Residence Permit (also known as BRP)
- Letter from the Home Office (If BRP applied in the UK)
- Proof of work or study
- Proof of address
