A former Leicestershire Police officer is due to appear before a gross misconduct hearing.
Former Police Constable Daniel Jackson is alleged to have breached standards of professional behaviour namely honesty and integrity; authority, respect and courtesy; confidentiality; orders and instructions; and discreditable conduct.
It is reported that former PC Jackson had inappropriate contact with two separate female victims of crime. It is also reported that former PC Jackson accessed force systems and viewed information in relation to one of the women without a policing purpose.
The hearing will take place at Leicestershire Police force headquarters, St Johns, Enderby, LE19 2BX, on Monday 11 May at 10am.
