Three people arrested following a burglary which led to a man being injured and a Husky puppy being stolen have been released on police bail.
Three men, aged 21, 19 and 16, all from Northamptonshire, were arrested yesterday (Tuesday) on suspicion of burglary in connection with the incident.
They have since been released on bail. Enquiries remain ongoing.
The arrests were in connection with an incident which happened at a property in Mortoft Road at around 1.20am last Tuesday (12 November).
A man suffered cuts to his arm and leg as well as facial injuries in the incident. He was not reported to have received hospital treatment.
Other people were in the property at the time. They were not injured.
A 10-week-old Husky puppy was also stolen in the incident. The puppy was found safe two days later and was reunited with its owners.
A Playstation 4 with a black controller and a red controller as well as a grey iPhone 6s were also among items stolen.
Enquiries remain ongoing into the incident.
Police Constable Sam Fowler said: "Our enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
"If you have any information in relation to the burglary and have not yet spoken to police, we urge you to do so.
"Anyone who has any CCTV or dashcam from the area during the early hours of last Tuesday morning and has not yet spoken to us is also urged to make contact."
