A man is due to appear in court charged following a Leicester fatal collision in September last year.
Edgar Grisulis, 27, of Saxby Street, Leicester has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and dangerous driving following the collision in Woodgate on Saturday 29 September.
Annette Booth was a pedestrian involved in the collision at around 11.10pm with a blue Mercedes CLK while at a bus stop.
Mrs Booth was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham where she was sadly pronounced deceased.
Grisulis is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 1 November.
