Appeal for information following burglary at Leicester business

Officers are appealing for information following a burglary at business premises in Leicester.

It happened at a plumbers merchant in Parker Drive shortly before 5.30am on Saturday 5 December.

A quantity of cash was taken from inside.

PC Matt Alder, the investigating officer, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who was in the area of Parker Drive early that Saturday morning.

“Please cast your mind back – did you see anyone acting in a manner that aroused your suspicion?

“There are a number of other businesses in the area, as well as houses. I would particularly like to speak to anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage.

“Any information you have could help my investigation.”
