Two men have been charged in connection with a non-stop collision in Coalville last month.
Jed Palmer and Dyrell Parker have both been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following the incident which happened in Belvoir Road on 13 April this year.
The victim of the incident was taken to hospital with life-changing injuries. He has now been discharged from hospital.
Palmer, 23, of Ross Walk, Leicester, and Parker, 18, of Thurcaston Road, Leicester, have also been charged with offences in relation to separate matters.
Both have been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, conspiracy to dishonestly receive stolen goods, namely stolen motor vehicles, and using or threatening unlawful violence towards another.
Palmer has also been charged with possession of a bladed article, namely a knife.
Parker has also been charged with four counts of driving a vehicle without a licence.
Both have been remanded in custody to appear at Leicester Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday).
A third man, Marvin Harris, 19, of Selkirk Road, Leicester, has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply class A and one count of possession of class B drugs with intent to supply.
Harris has been released on conditional bail to attend Leicester Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday).
