Man charged with burglary offences

A man has been charged following a string of burglaries in Leicester.
Raymond Abbott-Moore, 32, of no fixed address has been charged with eight counts of burglary and a further charge of possession of class B drugs.
He is due at Leicester Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 9 September).
Six of the burglary charges relate to incidents between 9-25 August in Cobden Street, Ferndale Road in Thurmaston, Coriander Road, Scotland Road in Harborough, Western Boulevard and Thyme Close.
The remaining two burglary charges relate to incidents in Town Street in Rothley and Station Road, Glenfield on 7 September.
The drugs charge relates to an incident in Charles Street in the city on 13 July.
