18-year-old man has been charged following attack on woman in Copt Oak
Michael MCDonagh, aged 18, from Copt Oak has been charged with section 18 wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in relation to an incident that took place during the evening of Wednesday 8 December in Copt Oak.
A woman was seriously injured in the incident and remains in hospital.
He is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates Court on Saturday 11 December.
In addition, a 17-year-old female and 18-year-old year old man who were arrested for assisting an offender have been released on bail.
