Officers have released photographs of power tools they believe to have been stolen and would like to reunite with their owners.
The items include drills, angle grinders and an electric saw, some of which have serial numbers:
Anyone who recognises these items and can provide proof of ownership is asked to call 101 quoting reference 21*137264.
The items were recovered following an incident on Wednesday 10 March in Counting House Road Leicester.
A 37-year-old man from Rotherham was arrested and later released under investigation.
