Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was threatened in Leicester city centre last month.
The incident is reported to have happened at around 2.30pm on Saturday 29 May at a fun fair in Gallowtree Gate.
It was reported that a man attempted to take some tokens from a kiosk without paying and when he was challenged by a member of staff, he became aggressive and threatened to assault the member of staff.
The suspect is described as eastern European and was wearing a yellow hi vis jacket, a purple top, black jogging bottoms and a black and white patterned bandana. He was in company with two women and a child and was last seen walking in the direction of the Clock Tower.
PC Joshua Evans, the investigating officer, said: “The member of staff was verbally abused and threatened which is not something anyone should be subjected to.
“As part of our enquiries, I would like to ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident or knows the person responsible.”
