Appeal following burglary in Leicester

Officers investigating a burglary at a premises in Leicester are appealing for witnesses.
The incident, at a shop on Uppingham Road, is believed to have taken place sometime between 6.30pm on Monday 10 May and 8.45am the following morning.
A rear window was smashed allowing entry to be gained to the property.
Among the items taken were four Wahl garden trimmers, an electric fan, a couple of toasters, three hairdryers and two juicers. A quantity of toiletries were also stolen.
PC Eliot Bates is the investigating officer. He said: “We are appealing to anyone who was in the area and saw or heard anything suspicious to get in touch.
“Equally, if you were driving along Uppingham Road and have a dashcam installed in your vehicle please check your footage and call us if you have captured anything you feel to be out of the ordinary.”
