Leicester man charged with murder

A Leicester man has been charged with murder of William Harty after an incident in Bedale Drive earlier this week.
Martin Casey, 29, of Golf Course Lane, has been charged with murder.
He is due to appear before Leicester Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Thursday 28 October).
The charge relate to an incident during the early hours of Monday morning (25 October) when 28-year-old William, also known to family and friends as Billy, was found with serious injuries. He later died in hospital.
