A man has been charged to appear in court following burglaries which were carried out in July and earlier this week.
Aatish Popat, 38, of Mountcastle Road, Leicester has been charged with aggravated burglary, burglary and possession of a controlled Class B drug.
He has been remanded to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court today (3 September).
The charges relate to a burglary on Stoneygate Road on 1 July and an aggravated burglary on Northcote Road, Leicester on 1 September.
