Help needed to identify man after bike stolen

Officers are appealing for public help to identify a man following the theft of a bike from a university campus.
The bike was stolen at 2.55pm on Wednesday 9 March from outside of a building in Mill Lane, Leicester.
It was taken after the padlock securing the bike was cut.
Police would like to speak to the man pictured as he may have information that can assist.
