Jewellery stolen during Oadby burglary

Officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward after jewellery, watches and perfumes were taken from an address in Oadby.

The property, in Carberry Close, was broken into between 7.15am and 6.45pm last Tuesday (29 November).

The items taken – some of which are pictured – are as follows:

• A platinum solitaire ring
• A nine-carat solitaire ring
• A 925 large cubic zirconia solitaire ring
• A white gold diamond and ruby ring
• A 18-carat diamond and emerald half-surround eternity ring
• A nine-carat gold eternity ring
• A diamond and gold band ring
• A 925 Thomas Sabo middle finger ring
• A 925 Pandora cubic zirconia ring
• A nine-carat gold cross ring, silver-looking bracelets and bulky chains
• A handmade titanium thumb ring in silver and blue
• Several plain 925 ring bands of different widths
• A nine-carat half-sovereign in mount with 22-inch gold chain
• A nine-carat gold engraved disc with 22-inch chain
• A nine-carat gold love knot with 12-inch chain
• A nine-carat mounted garnet with 18-inch gold chain
• A 925 silver cross inlaid with ceramic with 18-inch chain
• A 925 large hansa hand with 18-inch chain
• A 925 Thomas Sabo 18-inch chain
• A large 925 hamsa hand with crystal and chain
• Several 925 chains ranging from 12 inch to 22 inches
• Matching Hot Diamond kiss earrings and necklace
• Several plain and ornate 925 crosses to wear on chains
• A chunky 925 link bracelet
• A large clasp bracelet
• A nine-carat heavy gold link bracelet
• A 925 Macintosh bracelet
• A solid silver bracelet
• Thomas Sabo 925 star earrings
• Small, unique daisy earrings
• White gold and diamond studs
• Several 925 cubic zirconia stud earrings in different sizes
• A Rotary and a Sekonda men’s watch with black and burgundy straps
• Gold tie clips
• Unopened bottles of Chanel No5, Lalique, Tuberose Gardenia and Joy perfumes

PC Georgina Adams, the investigating officer, said: “I’m particularly keen to speak to anyone who has information about this incident. Please cast your mind back to last Tuesday – were you in the area? Did you see or notice anyone acting in a manner that seemed unusual?

“I’d also like to speak to anyone who recognises any of the items listed or pictured and has seen or been offered them for sale.

“Any details you’re able to provide could help.”
