Officers are appealing for information after a number of sculptures were stolen from an address in Oadby.
Between 10pm on Wednesday 30 November and 7am on Thursday 1 December, a property in Stoughton Road was broken into and the following items were taken:
PC Kate Butler, the investigating officer, said: “Each of the sculptures is very distinctive in its appearance and was carved by the victim between 18 and 25 years ago. Do you recognise them? Have you seen or been offered them for sale? If so, please get in touch.
“I’d also like to speak to anyone who may have information about the burglary. Were you in the Stoughton Road area around the time the incident occurred? Did you see anyone acting in a way that drew your attention?”
