Appeal to identify man following theft of bank card

Public help is needed to identify a man following the theft of a bank card, which was then used to by nearly £5,000 worth of items.
The victim believes that the card was taken from a vehicle parked in Parham Close – off Groby Road – on 28 December. He was unaware the card had been taken until he was informed that it had been used more than 10 times in shops across Leicester.
PC Ellie Armitage, the investigating officer, said: “From enquiries carried out so far, I believe the person pictured may have information that could help my investigation.
“If you recognise him, or know who he is, then please get in touch. Likewise, if that person is you, then please come forward.”
