Appeal for witnesses following burglary in Ibstock

Officers are continuing to investigate a burglary in Ibstock – and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Between 1 and 3 October, a property in Parkdale was broken into. A significant quantity of cash, two Rolex watches and a gold ring were taken, along with a number of legal documents.

PC Emma Mitten, the investigating officer, said: “My investigation into this incident is continuing and I’d like to speak to anyone with information that they think could help.

“Please cast your mind back. Do you remember seeing anyone in the area acting in a manner that caught your attention. Was there anything unusual or suspicious?

“I’m particularly keen to speak to anyone with CCTV or doorbell footage or who has seen or been offered the items for sale.”
