Three men have been arrested as part of an investigation into a series of robberies in Leicester – and officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
In each incident, victims were threatened by a group of men on pushbikes and their mobile phones were taken. They occurred at the following times:
Two men aged 19 and 18 – and a boy aged 16 – have been released as part of the ongoing investigation. All have been released on bail.
Fifteen mobile phones – including various iPhone models and three Huawei phones – have also been recovered. Officers would like to return them with their owners, if an IMEI number can be provided.
PC Lauren Hampton said: “We’d like to speak to anyone who may have information about any of these incidents.
“Please cast your mind back. Were you in any of these areas? What did you see? I’m particularly keen to speak to anyone with mobile phone or CCTV footage that could help.”
