Officers are appealing for witnesses after a car was damaged in Leicester.
It was reported to police that at around 5.25pm on Sunday 25 August, two mopeds collided with a blue Vauxhall Astra which was travelling along Abbey Park Road towards Abbey Lane.
The Astra stopped in the bus stop near to the Riverside apartments before the two riders approached the car and used tools to smash several windows to the Astra before making off.
Of the four occupants inside the vehicle, one person sustained minor injuries which did not require hospital treatment.PC Vik Patel, who is investigating the incident, is appealing for witnesses to come forward.
He said: “Understandably the occupants of the car have been left upset by what happened.
“I would like to appeal to anyone who may have seen the events leading up to the incident or the incident itself to get in touch.
“Alternatively, if you have any dash cam footage which may have captured something related to this incident, please contact us.”
