Police are continuing to investigate a fight in Blaby which left two men injured.
Officers attended Lutterworth Road after receiving a call at 11.30pm on Friday 16 August to a report of a large fight involving up to 40 people outside a public house.
During the incident, two men sustained injuries which were not life threatening or life changing injuries.
As part of their enquiries, two men have been arrested and charged.
A 43-year-old man charged with actual bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place was remanded to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 23 August.
A 42-year-old man charged with affray, criminal damage and possessing a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place was remanded to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 20 August.
A third man aged 18 was arrested on suspicion of affray and remains on police bail.
The investigation onto the incident remains ongoing and officers are appealing for anyone who may have been a victim or a witness and has not yet spoken to police to please get in touch.
