Officers from the force’s Roads Policing Unit (RPU) are continuing to investigate a collision in Leicester – and are asking for anyone who has not yet come forward to do so.
Police were called the junction of Walnut Street and Havelock Street at around 7.30am on 18 December following a report of a collision involving a bus and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian – a woman in her 40s – was taken to hospital to be treated for a broken leg. No-one was arrested.
PC Lewis Sparling, the investigating officer, said: “We’ve carried out a number of enquiries since the incident happened, but are still keep to speak to anyone who might be able to help.
“If you were in the area and saw what happened, please cast your mind back. Is there something you can tell us? If you captured the incident on a mobile phone, dashcam or CCTV camera then any footage you can share could assist our investigation.”
