Appeal to find missing woman from Spinney Hill

Officers are looking for a 70-year-old woman missing from her home address in Spinney Hill, Leicester.

Percyfene Thomas was reported missing just before 3pm today (Monday 17 August) after her home in the Fernie Road was found unoccupied.

Following a review of the outside doorbell camera, it shows she left the address around 6.50pm yesterday. A further camera has picked her up three minutes later on Cottesmore Road.

Percyfene has not been seen since and police and her family are concerned for her welfare.

She is around 5ft 3ins tall, medium build with short grey hair.

As can be seen in the image, when Percyfene left her home yesterday she was wearing a grey bucket style hat, a dark long-sleeve top with an olive coloured jumper underneath. 

It is believed she is was also wearing a green or yellow coloured long skirt and was not wearing any shoes.

Anyone who may have seen Percyfene is asked to call police on 101 – quoting incident 403 of 17 August.
