Being a Contact Handler is a genuinely rewarding experience – not just for the satisfaction you get from helping our diverse community - but for the pay and benefits you’ll receive too.
Starting salary with no previous experience is £24,921.
Applicants will normally be appointed on the bottom of the salary scale and will progress, via annual increases, up to £32,127 (after three years service).
Following successful completion of your training (after around 11-13 weeks) additional enhancements to reflect the shift and weekend working will increase your annual salary to approx. £29,043.

You can expect to have a minimum of 23 days of paid holiday each year. This is in addition to public holidays.
