We hold a number of recruitment seminars throughout the year for people who are interested in becoming a Contact Handler.
Join us to find out more about the role, first-hand what it is like to work for us. You will have the opportunity to meet serving Contact Handlers, hear about their experiences, and find out about career opportunities open to you if you join us.

To register your attendance: follow the 'Register' link on the event you wish to attend. You will need to create an account on our E-Recruitment portal. If you have managed to get a space, you will receive a link to the webinar approx. 24hours prior to the start time.
