We welcome applications from individuals from all backgrounds and encourage anyone who has considered volunteering as a cadet leader to submit an application form. We are particularly keen to increase the number of women and volunteers from black and minority ethnic communities and volunteers from the LGBT community to ensure our volunteers represent the communities we serve.
