3. Recruitment process/timetable
At the end of each stage of the recruitment process, you will be notified by email whether or not you have been successful and are therefore eligible to proceed to the next stage. You can also log in to view your application status. If you have not received an email, you should check your junk mail/filter settings in case the email/emails get filtered by your spam software.
When applications open, you will be able to complete the cadet leader application form via our e-recruitment portal.
You will be invited to our headquarters in Enderby for a short interview with our Cadet Co-ordinator.
If you are successful at interview, you will receive a letter stating that you will be appointed subject to passing vetting checks. Once you have successfully completed all pre-employment checks you will receive an offer of appointment, a copy of the Cadet Leaders Manual of Guidance and joining instructions.
