I joined Leicestershire Police in 1993 and have worked across the entire force area at some point. I have been at Melton Mowbray since October 2011, policing all the neighbourhoods during this time. I work with a great team of officers and partners focussing on the town north and town south beats. Between us we try our best to solve problems and hopefully make a difference for the better in these communities.
I joined Leicestershire Police in March 1998 and, having initially worked on the Charnwood area for three years, I have policed Rutland ever since.
I have enjoyed whilst at Rutland being part of the response team as well as previously being the Uppingham beat officer and worked closely with the Uppingham community. I have been the Rutland North Beat officer now for several years and have the responsibility to work with partner agencies to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour within the north beat.
I have been a PCSO since March 2003. Working with my beat officers and other agencies, we aim to deal with community issues on the beat such as speeding and anti-social behaviour. Daily tasks include high visibility patrols, crime prevention and house to house enquiries.
