I am the Neighbourhood policing area commander for North West Leicester. I have worked in a wide range of roles across the whole force area and aim to bring this experience to effectively lead my policing teams to ensure North West Leicestershire is a safe place to live, work and visit.
I’ve been proud to serve as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) with Leicestershire Police for over 3 years. I love being out in the community, supporting vulnerable individuals, engaging with schools and local groups, and helping to keep our neighbourhoods safe.
No two days are ever the same—and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.
If you see me out and about, please feel free to say hello!
I’ve proudly served as a Police Community Support Officer for nearly 5 years. Most of that time has been spent on the Forest Beat, covering Measham, Moira, Donisthorpe, and the surrounding villages.
I love being out in the community — supporting residents, visiting schools, and engaging with local groups. Whether it’s a chat on the street, or a community event, I’m here to help and listen.
If you see me around, feel free to say hello!
I am Police Sergeant 4704. I have worked for Leicestershire Police for nearly two decades covering a number of front line roles.
I am now the beat manager for Coalville Town Centre and also our Forest Beat which covers locations including Moira, Measham and surrounding villages.
I aim to use my skills and experience to address those issues which concern local residents and work with local partners to reach long term resolutions.
I have served as a police officer since 2013, following my earlier role as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) in Leicester City Centre. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience across various policing roles. Prior to my current position, I spent most of my career on response and the Investigation Unit, handling a wide range of incidents and inquiries.
Since 2023, I have been a dedicated Neighbourhood Beat Officer, covering the Forest Beat area. My focus is on community engagement, problem-solving, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of local residents.
I am PC 1389 Russ Leech. I have been a police officer with Leicestershire Police for 14 years, before that I was a PCSO for 4 years. I have been the beat officer for the Forest Beat for over 4 years and have worked at Coalville Station since 2015. I aim to use my policing experience to make a difference in the local area and to resolve local issues where they arise.
