I am the Neighbourhood policing area commander for North West Leicester. I have worked in a wide range of roles across the whole force area and aim to bring this experience to effectively lead my policing teams to ensure North West Leicestershire is a safe place to live, work and visit.
I’ve been a PCSO with Leicestershire Police for 14 years and I’ve worked in numerous different areas such at Melton, Hinckley & Braunstone.
I currently work at North West Leicestershire Police Station and cover the NN43 (Valley Beat).
I’m proud to serve my community and remain committed to delivering professional, resilient policing every day.
I joined Leicestershire Police in 2008 as a PCSO, and over the past 17 years, I have enjoyed being out and about in the community, engaging with residents, schools, and local groups. I am passionate about supporting the community by listening to their concerns and working together to address issues.
If you see me out and about, then please don’t hesitate to stop me for a chat!!

I have served with Leicestershire Police for over 20 years. I started my career in Neighbourhood Policing at North West Leicestershire before working on various response teams across the Force. I’m delighted to be back in the area where it all started for me now overseeing teams of Dedicated Neighbourhood Policing Officers. Together we can make a difference in your community.
I’m James, one of the Dedicated Neighbourhood Officers currently assigned to the NN43 Valley Beat. With years of experience as both a response officer and a neighbourhood officer, I’ve developed a strong understanding of both urgent Policing and community engagement. Taking particular interest in building trust, tackling local issues, and working closely with residents and partners to create safer, stronger neighbourhoods.
Hello! I am Riannon. I joined Leicestershire Police to drive fast cars and lock up bad people, that’s what I thought police did but, it is so much more.
I am proud to say that I have spent my career on the frontline, and I am currently a Dedicated Neighbourhood officer for the Valley Beat, I love working with my beat colleagues and I'm passionate about keeping our rural communities safe.
