I have served as a police officer since 2001, beginning my career with Dyfed-Powys Police before transferring to Leicestershire Police in 2007. My experience spans various operational roles, including response and neighbourhood policing, and I hold specialist command qualifications in firearms and public order.
I currently lead the South Leicester Neighbourhood Policing Area, working collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and the community to enhance safety and quality of life across the region.

I have been a police officer since 2001, when I first started at Loughborough. I have performed a variety of roles throughout my service, and am now working as the beat sergeant for Knighton, Aylestone and Clarendon Park.

I hope to be able to tackle the issues that matter the most to the local communities. Please feel free to contact me to discuss anything that concerns you.

I have been a police officer since 2012, serving in a variety of roles including Response and CID. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in front-line policing and investigative work. However, my most rewarding role has been as a Neighbourhood Officer, working closely with local communities. I am passionate about building strong relationships with residents and partner agencies, and I take pride in working together to solve problems and make our communities safer.

I am PCSO 6614 Amarjit Singh Sanghera, known to colleagues, partners, and the community as “Ammo.” I have proudly served as a Police Community Support Officer for 21 years with Leicestershire Police.
I am currently based at Euston Street Police Station, where I have covered the NS68 Beat (Clarendon Park) for over 17 years. Throughout this time, I have developed strong, trusted relationships with local residents, businesses, and partner organisations. Clarendon Park is a vibrant and diverse community, and I take great pride in serving its people—working proactively to reduce anti-social behaviour, prevent crime, and build confidence in policing.
Beyond my frontline role, I have also taken the initiative to support diversity and inclusion within the force. I established and launched the Sikh Police Association support network within Leicestershire Police, creating a platform to support Sikh officers and staff, promote cultural awareness, and strengthen engagement between policing and the Sikh community.
I remain deeply committed to community policing, partnership working, and making a positive difference in the communities I serve.

PCSO Paul Williams has proudly served the community for five years, building strong relationships and supporting local residents with a visible and approachable presence. Dedicated to community safety and engagement, he takes pride in making a positive difference across the area.
Outside of his role, Paul enjoys staying active at the gym and exploring the outdoors on his bike. He also has a passion for cooking, often experimenting with new recipes in his spare time.
Fun fact: Paul once cycled from Leicester to Skegness—just for fun!
