During a recently attending ward meeting, Police were told by residents that they concerned around the poor parking demonstrated by some members of the public during school drop off and pick up times, schools report this to us to and its genuinely a danger to the young children attending school.

Planned engagement with schools at pick up and drop off times. Planned engagement with children within the schools to educate them around road safety and enforcement will be taken against drivers who persistently park on zig zags, or dangerously during school pick up and drop off.

During the coming summer months there is concerns around the increase of ASB, thefts, assaults and general intimidation caused to youths within Spinney Park

Your beat team will be frequently in the park during the summer months as a deterrent to offending. We will be engaging with the public and taking robust action against any persons found to be committing this type of behaviour.

We've received reports from the public that drug dealing is taken place within the highfields area.

Your beat team and our proactive team will be patrolling the area 24 hours a day, gathering intelligence, conducting stop searches of persons found to be dealing and executing warrants based on intelligence gathered with a view to reducing this offending.
