Anti Social Behaviour - reports and concerns regarding youths and anti social behaviour in the local areas, mainly around Thurncourt Road.

We continue to target those responsible taking action wherever possible. Youths continue to be identified and dealt with through intervention processes.
Local officers will continue to complete patrols in order to reduce the behaviour and impact on the community.

Drug dealing/Drug Use - The main concern raised by residents is drug use and drug dealing on Homestone Gardens, Croyland Green, Bowhill Grove, Stornaway Road, Tarbat Road and Compass Road.

Local Officers continue to provide high visibility patrol and ongoing engagement with local residents.
Safeguarding with a multi-agency approach to vulnerable adults has been completed and the identification and safeguarding of other vulnerable persons is paramount.
We utilise our available legal powers to stop and search, to apply for premises warrants and we work with the local council teams to target those who cause most harm in our community.
Intelligence is being developed and warrants will be applied for to target the high harm individuals.

Road Safety - There are concerns regarding parking on Ocean Road and Hollybush Close, mainly vehicles parking on pavements and blocking access to drop kerbs.

The team continue to address your concerns regarding road safety in the local area through a combination or partnership working and enforcement.
By working in conjunction with partner agencies and listening to the local community we are able to identify high-risk areas and develop longer-term solutions through traffic calming measures and more appropriate road signage.
Beat officers have been and will continue to provide patrols at local schools at key times to improve the safety of pupils, parents and road users.
The beat team continue to tackle road safety concerns as part of Op Syphon addressing issues including speeding, dangerous parking, seat belt usage and more.
