The use and distribution of drugs around the beat area has been identified as a priority. This includes issues surrounding the use of drugs and incidents caused by drug use, and also the effects of drug dealing in the beat area.

The beat team receives reports about drug use and drug dealing from 999 and 101 calls, online reports and NHL surveys. These are then sent off for intelligence development and investigation by the beat team. We are actively conducting visits regarding illegal drug use around the beat.
We are currently addressing concerns relating to drug dealing and drug misuse within the local area. While we are unable to provide specific details we can confirm we have received intelligence regarding the supply of drugs on the beat and are taking appropriate action.

Anti-Social Behaviour involving the use of e-bikes, e-scooters in public spaces. This issue also covers rowdy and inconsiderate behaviours from individuals or groups in the area.

Reports of ongoing Anti social behaviour, regarding the underage drinking in and around Narborough park have continued. There will be a few operations coming up to tackle this, along with our Licensing team. PC Abby has been very busy with visits to certain premises and gathering as much evidence as we can to tackle this issue. As well as this we are also experiencing issues on Narborough park and Littlethorpe in relation to fires being set at the location. We have had some CCTV footage with clear pictures and lots of names have been put forward, in the coming weeks these young people will be visited and dealt with.

Road Safety issues we face across the beat include things like speeding, improper use of the highway such as anti-social driving, road traffic collisions (RTC) and driving without tax, MOT or insurance.
