PCSO covering the Western Ward
Having joined Leicestershire Police in 1997 I have a wealth of experience in policing Leicester’s diverse community and busy neighbourhoods.
I intend my team to work pro-actively with our partners to tackle local issues which are important to the Fosse community and specifically tackle offenders who harm the neighbourhood with crime and antisocial behaviour.
Following a survey by residents in Bonney Road, it was highlighted that youths riding stolen motorcycles and causing ASB are a regular problem and represents a serious danger to local residents.

As of w/c 24th February residents tell us that motorcycle activity has increased in conjunction with the lighter nights. This increase is usually seen annually across the city with the improving weather. Planned operations have been organised in the coming weeks to target this re-emerging issue.
Our Gang Injunction is now being finalised and being shared with partners before we look to take the application before a court.

To reduce and prevent theft from stores and support local businesses with retail crime.

We continue to regularly visit the stores and have had reports of our repeat offender breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order by visiting nearby shops. He is currently sought for a number of offences.
Officers in plain clothes are also providing a presence in hotspot stores around closing times.

The regular beat surgeries at the community rooms, at Crayburn House twice a month in order to be available for residents to report matters to us.
A community engagement day is organised with partners for March 20th and officers will be present at the team with our Beat bus. We look forward to see you there.
Our planned operations will be taking place in march.
