Retail theft remains a concern across the beat.
Officers have conducted targeted patrols at supermarkets and other retail premises, engaging with store staff and security teams to identify offenders and understand current trends.
Where offences have been reported, officers have obtained witness statements and secured CCTV evidence to support investigations and provide the best opportunity for positive outcomes.

ASB - Feedback from residents shows that Anti-Social Behaviour involving the use of off-road motorcycles across the area is a priority concern for residents.

Proactive patrols have been carried out at known hotspot locations, including Garendon Park following a series of deliberate fires. As a result of this activity, a suspect was identified, arrested and subsequently dealt with by CID colleagues.
Concerns relating to off-road motorcycles continue, with ongoing patrols and support from Roads Policing colleagues to disrupt offending and identify those responsible. Several youths involved have now been identified and an incremental intervention approach will be taken with partners and families where appropriate.
A patch walk was also conducted alongside local authority partners, during which officers spoke with residents and members of the BMX club regarding concerns in the area. This engagement has helped develop a better understanding of the issues affecting the community, and work continues to gather information and identify long-term solutions.

Feedback from residents shows that drug dealing activity remains a concern for the local community.
During the period, a warrant was executed at a suspected drug address, resulting in drugs being recovered, suspects being arrested, and a live investigation continuing.
Officers continue to gather and develop intelligence relating to suspected offenders and addresses of concern, working towards further enforcement opportunities, including additional warrant applications where appropriate.
Ongoing patrols and community engagement continue to support intelligence development and disrupt criminal activity.
